Services | We offer full-scope Optometry - pediatric to geriatric - for the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease and injury, complete contact lens services, co-management of LASIK and cataract surgery, and frame styling and materials to complement your lifestyle.
OPTOMETRY BY THE BAY is equipped with an IN-HOUSE Optical Lab! This allows for quicker turn-around time as well as finer quality control on spectacle orders. Outside prescriptions are welcome.
Low Vision services are now offered in which telescopic and magnification devices are prescribed to those suffering from vision loss related to such diseases as Diabetes, Macular Degeneration and Glaucoma. We've stocked OPTOMETRY BY THE BAY with over $25,000 worth of Low Vision aids.
Dr. Respicio is also a member of the InfantSee Program which provides no cost, one-time assessments of infants between 6 and 12 months old. For more information go to www.infantsee.org.

Facilities and Equipment | You'll be amazed at what a 21st century Optometric practice has to offer. Not only do we have a plasma TV in the waiting lounge and the latest professional equipment, but we are "going green"...running Optometry practice software by First Insight that allows us to go completely paperless - and hopefully helping to save a few trees! We've implemented an extensive paper recycling program. Also, our office features ceiling fans and flooring that help to reduce our HVAC usage.
